I enter the code and it says we are unable to activate the product.
It says choose product below but version 14 is not on the list!!

Hello there, thank you for posting on Expert PDF forum.

Make sure there is no other software that obstructs the connection between Expert PDF and the remote server.

If the key for the Professional package has been used to activate it on another computer you need to purchase another copy of the software and use the new key to activate the package on your other computer.

If you are changing computers, please contact the support team mentioned at the bottom of the purchase confirmation email or the publisher Avanquest with an enquiry.
