Hello and thank you for posting on Expert PDF forum.

In Expert PDF 14 you may arrange the text object manually. Use the Text Type tool to begin new text object or use the Edit tool to select an existent one.

For your convenience you may toggle helps like the Ruler and the Grid tool to help you arrange the text block better.

Use a Ruler tool to arrange different objects on the page. Two rulers (vertical and horizontal) are available on the application workspace.

Horizontal and vertical rulers let you check the size of objects in your documents. You can change the measurement unit used in the ruler. To do this, сlick Options on the Product group (Help tab) and switch to the Layout tab of the Options dialog. Once you are in the Layout tab, select the necessary measurement unit in the Units option: inches, millimeters, centimeters, points.
You can create helpers that are very useful for aligning graphical objects on the page:
Click anywhere on the ruler and drag a helper.
Release a mouse button and you can see a colored line on the workspace.
The quantity of helpers is unlimited.

If you need to delete a helper, simply drag it on the ruler or over the document view boundaries and release a mouse button.

To hide rulers, click the Ruler button. When rulers are hidden, helpers are not displayed as well.

With the Grid tool it is easier to draw straight lines and line up different objects in the document.
