I have purchased a new computer after a disk failure on the machine running Expert PDF. I now wish to install the software on the new computer. I have a key for the software but cannot see how I can download the software to enable me to use this. Any assistance gratefully received.

thank you for publishing this question on Expert PDF support forum.

Download the setup file of Expert PDF from the link enclosed in the original purchase confirmation email.
If you haven’t order extended download period the link may have expired. In this case please contact the support team directly by submitting an email to supportuk@avanquest.com with a request to download the software again also explaining what the situation is. New link and licence will be then provided to you.
