I purchased ExpertPDF Ultimate on 22 December 2016. I carried out the first install today, but the product refuses to activate. It is not an issue with anti-virus protection, because the product is able to connect with the licence server to produce a free Create code, and the same problem occurs when I disable Kaspersky. This is the first install so it not an issue with too many installations. What do I do to get the functionality I have paid for?

Hello there and thank you for posting on Expert PDF forum website.

Insufficient administrator privileges may also prevent you from activating Expert PDF successfully.
Please click using the right-hand-side mouse button on top of Expert PDF shortcut icon on the desktop and select option Run as Administrator. Using copy-paste method introduce the licence key you’ve paid for in order to activate the software. Make sure there aren’t empty interval spaces in front and at the end of the sequence.
